Bazaar Update!



We are officially in a one month countdown for this year's Christmas Bazaar! It promises to be full of great holiday shopping and fun for kids and grown-ups too.


Over the next couple of weeks we will begin to feature some of the artisans who will be participating. We love supporting local handmade products and are excited to share a sneak peak of our vendors with you. Stay tuned!


We do have some planning business to update you on...


MEETING FOR VOLUNTEERS - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4th at 7:00 pm in the staff room. 
Please attend, even if you have handed in the tear off sheets.  Both the day of and the behind the scenes need attention (so don't count yourself out if you can't make it to the bazaar).

DONATIONS 
If you have donations (unused gifts or other appropriate items, nothing used please), please drop them off in the office at school or email us at stpiusbazaar@yahoo.ca

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 
If you haven't handed in your tear off (or didn't get one), please download one and check out the items listed.  They can be handed in or email one of us directly with the pertinent information.



We are looking for more Corporate Donations. In return, we can offer not only the opportunity to help support your local school but also promotional opportunities on Bazaar marketing materials (flyers, posters) as well as our blog.   If you are able to assist please email us at stpiusbazaar@yahoo.ca

Christmas Bazaar Vendor Call!

St. Pius X Catholic School will host it's annual Christmas Bazaar on Friday November 26th, 2010 from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

A little bit about the Christmas Bazaar...

The Christmas Bazaar is a much loved event by all.  The event is open to the public who come to shop at the bake sale and vendor tables. The school also receives generous donations of product that are packaged into gift baskets and are sold at the bazaar.
Throughout the day, children and staff from the school attend the bazaar, participating in games and shopping. The event is also well attended by the parent and school community.

We are currently accepting applications for vendor tables. The cost for a 6ft table/space is $50.
This event is juried by the organizing committee.

Vendors of local, handmade products are invited to apply.  Product at price points suitable for both adults and children shopping at the bazaar is also an important factor the jury will take into consideration for the selection process.
